This 1 Day Mental Health First Aid course qualifies you as a MHFA first aider covering: – Content and theory of the MH first aider – Expands on the impact of Mental Health Challenges – Includes First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan – Identifies positive mental health culture can be supported within a workplace and life. As an MHFAider you will be able to recognise those that may be experiencing poor mental health and provide them with first-level support and early intervention. Giving you the competence and competence to support those in the moment of need. This course will be delivered 100% online.
